Sky-High Luxury: Dubai’s $1B Tower to Break 5 World Records
By now, we all know that Dubai is known for going all out when it comes to innovative architecture and infrastructure, boasting some of the most impressive buildings in the world. Staying true to that reputation, the city has big plans for 2029 as it brings to life a $1 billion skyscraper set to break five world records!
Meet The Amenity-Packed Tower
Real estate developer Tiger Properties is the one behind this impressive project, a developer who already constructed more than 270 buildings across Dubai. Now, they are working on the Tiger Sky Tower, which is planned to be packed with cool features that will break major records.
Not only will it boast the world’s highest restaurant, infinity pool, and rainforest within a skyscraper, but it will also include a penthouse 431 meters above ground, making it the highest in the world. Add to that a zip line built at 447 meters up that will pass through the rainforest.
Along with the world-breaking amenities, the tower will be home to everything from beach access, cycling trails, dining outlets, and a fitness center to indoor games and jogging trails.
Where Will It Rise?
The tower is expected to take over Downtown Dubai and join the city’s impressive skyline of innovative skyscrapers, including the Burj Khalifa. Standing at 532 meters tall, it will feature 122 floors and house a total of 18 penthouses.
Having all these unmatched amenities and features, this very tower stands as a testament to Dubai’s reputation of groundbreaking achievements and luxurious living standards.
