You Can Now Ride a Submarine Scooter Alongside Sharks at the Dubai Aquarium

Ever since we heard about the Discovery Channel Shark Week Exhibition at the Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo, we’ve been intrigued (but mostly astonished). The attraction allows visitors to get up-close with sharks in the most amazing way. But of course, much like everything in Dubai, the Dubai Aquarium decided to one up itself and give everyone the chance to ride submarine scooters alongside sharks.

The Shark Scooter experience, which can cater to one or two people at a time, is designed to provide guests with a better understanding of life under the surface, bringing them face-to-face with the tank’s marine life in an educational and eye-opening experience.

Children as young as 10 years of age can take part, and included in the experience is a guided tour through the Discovery Channel Shark Week exhibition, and admission to the aquarium tunnel and Underwater Zoo.
