Three people lost their lives in the tragic Saudi floods last Tuesday; however, it was not specified who they were. After investigations took place, Al Arabiya reported that one of victims was an 8-year-old Somali boy who got electrocuted in a flooded neighborhood in Jeddah called Al-Sahifa.

The floods majorly disrupted life in Saudi Arabia, that even schools and colleges did not operate in Riyadh. Authorities received 118 different reports, including one about a building collapsing.

Red Crescent Authority’s representative, Abdullah Ahmed Abu Zeid, declared that there were seven reported incidents of electric shocks, in which two of them resulted in death.

WE SAID THIS: May these innocent lives rest in peace.
