Questionable & Downright Hilarious Fashion Choices From Ramadan TV Shows

We all love Ramadan shows, whether it’s for the tantalizing plot or seeing our favorite actors taking on completely new roles. The icing on the cake, though, is the hilarious surprises that become instant memes or go viral on TikTok.

Today, we’re giving the floor to the most hilarious and surprising outfit moments from the 2024 Ramadan shows that will remain iconic for years to come.

Bondok To Hazelnut

*Spoiler Alert*

‘A’La Nesbet Moshada,’ already one of the most talked-about shows this season, surprised us from the get-go as we got to see Salma Abu Deif and Laila Ahmed Zaher in completely new roles.

We saw an even bigger surprise when Abu Deif’s financially struggling, always-in-debt uncle, Bondok, who supposedly committed suicide, appeared out of nowhere at a party. Not just that, he comes in dressed all suave in a beige suit and fedora. Cue the trend, from Bondok to Hazelnut.

Shower Cap Galore

Chaos is inevitable when you have a family of 8 kids, and that’s why every scene in Kamel El Addad+1 is literal comedy gold. The most hilarious and equally chaotic moment so far has to be when the entire family got head lice.

Picture this: all of them sitting together, dressed in shower caps and bundled together, each one picking off lice and wet combing each other’s hair. Now that’s family bonding.

Onesie & Bunnie Pantoffel

When dads stay at home, you usually find them lounging on the couch, watching the news and having coffee. But when Akram Hosny’s character Hisham stays at home, he likes to do things a little differently.

Cue the massive dinosaur onesie paired with his wife’s fluffy pantoffel and a game of Just Dance to boot. At least we can say he knows how to have a good time.

A Little Too Much Leather

Leather is always in style, but there comes a time when there’s a little too much leather.

Cue Masar Egbari’s Sanaa (Gauri Bakr), the wife of falsely convicted professor Safwat, a sneaky lady up to no good. Even her outfits give off that vibe, especially her slitted leather pants that didn’t leave a lot to the imagination.

Let’s say these moments barely scratch the surface, with more than 30 shows packed with even more surprises for the rest of the month, so stay tuned.
