Sahel season is here, which basically means Cairo has packed up its cravings and moved to the beach. From pink cafés to cult burgers and seafood feasts, this summer’s North Coast lineup is stacked with big names and buzzy pop-ups. Here are the restaurant making their debut in Sahel this season:

EL&N London – Marassi

EL&N LONDON, the world’s pinkest café, just dropped anchor in Marassi. Think poached eggs, bakeries that will leave you in awe, and a waterfront vibe straight from London to your Sahel brunch.

Malak cannot seem to get enough of Literature - so much so that she has pursued it in both her BA and MA, and the love affair is still going strong. Aside from her love for words, humans generally fascinate her. She spends a lot of her time analyzing the minds of people around her and watching criminal minds. She is still fairly new in adulthood, and until now, nothing has made sense in life but chocolate.
