A Scoop of Hope: 41 Artists Exhibited Their Artworks to Support Families Affected by COVID-19 in The Most Thoughtful Way
Since the pandemic took over the world, governments were forced to carry out safety measures that mainly revolve around urging people to socially distance themselves and stay in quarantine. This, unfortunately, led many businesses to actually shut down, which means a lot of people are unemployed at the moment and are in fact struggling to provide for their families.
Therefore, many individuals and entities have taken on the responsibility to help those who’ve been affected by the pandemic, including 41 talented and established artists. Arcades Gallery has recently collaborated with Misr El Kheir to help families affected by the coronavirus through exhibiting an online ‘Garage Sale’ for artists to showcase their work with a 20% discount to give all art enthusiasts out there a chance to buy their favorite piece at discounted prices that start at EGP 700, while giving back during such a difficult time.
The exhibition is going to be on till May 31st, so make sure to visit Art Spaces to check out the two virtual rooms. Scroll down to have a look!
