Cancel All Your Plans Because Faia Younan Is Coming to Egypt next Week

Remember that girl from that video, singing for the shattered nations of the Arab world, making us fall in love with the Arabic fuss7a over and over again? Starting with Syria, then Iraq, Lebanon and ending at the beloved Palestine, Faia Younan and her sister, Rihan, appeared in a video two years ago, both mourning and hoping for an end to the ongoing wars in the region.

Got plans for the 2nd of August? Cancel everything, Faia’s throwing her concert at 8PM in the Cairo Opera House. Faia posted on the event saying tickets are sold out but the Opera House is considering adding 200 seats, there’s still hope!

If that doesn’t work out for you, Faia will be singing in Alexandria too on the 4th of August, 8:30PM, in Bibliotheca Alexandria.
