Gloria Ceramic Shows Us How Customer Satisfaction Is Done

In 2013, Gloria Ceramic launched the Inta el Designer (“You Are the Designer”) campaign, which promotes the idea of how everyone has an inner designer within us.

You don’t have to know much about color psychology or structural engineering, as long as you can design what reflects your personality, and voila — you’re a designer in your own way.

Following up with the main campaign purpose, Gloria Ceramic surprised one of their fans who wanted to purchase a specific floor tile that she knew wouldn’t be available until the beginning of 2016.

Gloria always strives above and beyond for customer satisfaction, hence they decided to surprise Yassmin Sakr and release the floor tile she wanted exclusively for her ahead of the public. Gloria’s CEO also sent her a letter highlighting the importance of customer satisfaction.
