After Four Years’ Absence, Mona Zaki Finally Returns to Television This Ramadan!
We’re all super excited for the 2020 Ramadan Series Race because it seems much more promising than the past couple of years. There are so many exciting projects that are being announced with interesting settings and star-studded casts. We’ve already compiled some of the most anticipated series that have been announced for Ramadan 2020, but more projects are still coming out daily!
One of the things that drama fans are anticipating this Ramadan is the fact that leading Egyptian superstar Mona Zaki is coming back to the race after four years of absence. Her last Ramadan series was back in 2016, when she participated in “Afrah El Qoba”, a very successful series that everyone fell in love with.
Mona Zaki is currently working on a series called “Takato’ Torok” (a tentative name that might be changed), written and directed by Tamer Mohsen. The series will feature an impressive cast that includes Mohamed Mamdouh Taysson, Mohamed Farrag, and Sayed Ragab.
