A Dubai icon is getting a fresh new look. Armani Hotel Dubai, located inside the Burj Khalifa, is set to reopen its doors in March 2027 following a major refurbishment, with its ballroom and event spaces expected to be unveiled earlier in January.
A Fresh Chapter for Armani Hotel Dubai
The world’s first Armani hotel is currently undergoing an extensive renewal across the property, with its rooms and suites, dining venues, spa and fitness facilities, ballroom and event spaces, pool, and outdoor areas all receiving a refresh.
The first phase of the transformation is scheduled to be revealed in January 2027, giving visitors an early look at the renewed spaces before the hotel fully reopens to guests two months later in March.

A New Look, Same Armani Aesthetic
Armani Hotel Dubai closed on April 1, 2026, for the full-scale refurbishment. Since opening in 2010, the hotel has become known for its sleek, understated interiors and distinctive minimalist aesthetic.
The property was the first hotel personally envisioned and designed by Italian fashion designer Giorgio Armani, bringing his signature approach to hospitality to the heart of Dubai.
For its next chapter, the renewed hotel is expected to blend Armani’s Italian design sensibility with Dubai’s distinctly international character, while staying true to the clean, refined aesthetic that has defined the property since day one.
Dubai’s Luxury Hotels Are Getting a Refresh
The Armani Hotel Dubai reopening comes as several of Dubai’s established luxury hotels are investing in refreshed interiors and upgraded guest experiences.

Among the properties also undergoing reinnovations are Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, Park Hyatt Dubai, The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, and Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Media City.
For now, we’ll have to wait a little longer to see the new Armani Hotel Dubai, but March 2027 is officially on our radar.
