The Third Edition Of The Taif Rose Festival Blooms Across Saudi
Kicked off during Eid Al Fitr on April 21 and continuing until Friday, May 5 is the aromatic, Taif Rose Festival celebrating all things floral. Similar to former editions, the third round blooms once again at Saudi’s Al-Raddaf Park.
Aside from giving you vibrant Instagram shots for your feed, the festival drops some knowledge about the rich oil petals that are integrated into essential oils and fragrances.

So far, this edition’s festivities feature everything from a light show as well as a shopping stall with an area for kids. There’s also a food scene highlighted by local chefs who are getting creative as they incorporate the Taif rose into their dishes.
It’s important to note that in past editions of the festivals, a Guinness world record was made for the biggest basket of roses! The basket included 84,450 assorted roses, which were created by 190 young people over 168 hours.
