For the Record: Abu Dhabi’s F1 Concert Lineup Announced
Abu Dhabi’s Formula 1 Grand Prix and most exciting music weekend of the year is coming up next month, and we now have the lineup for the four after-race concerts on Yas Island. The weekend will kick off with a night of Arabic music on Thursday, November 26th with Cheb Khaled, Fares Karam and Emirati singer Aryam, and continue with Latin superstar, Enrique Iglesias on Friday, vocal powerhouse, Florence and the Machine on Saturday, and headliners British rockers, Blur on Sunday.
- The Disclosure brothers are still releasing hit after hit from their album Caracal and the latest offering is Lorde collaboration “Magnets”, which now comes with a brand new video in which Lorde- with her black vinyl outfit and uncontrollable hands- sets fire to her beau:
- Jamie XX and Young Thug‘s “I Know There’s Gonna Be (Good Times)” is one of my favorite new tracks this season and it works just as well if you’re looking to chill out or move your feet:
- Jack Antonoff‘s Bleachers have recently released an all-female cover album of their debut record Strange Desire, featuring artists including Sia, Charli XCX, Carly Rae Jepsen and MØ, and including a Tinashe cover of their single “I Wanna Get Better”:
