New Year’s Eve in Dubai Is Going to Be Very, Very Different This Year
New Year’s Eve is upon us, which basically means it’s almost let’s-watch-ome-crazy-fireworks-o’clock. Dubai’s Burj Khalifa is known for its iconic New Year’s firework displays, however, they’re doing things differently this year.
In a tweet, Emaar Dubai announced that the traditional firework show will cease to exist, and will be replaced with a laser light show.
“The celebration last year was seamless and welcomed millions of visitors globally. This year, we have a very exciting concept, Light Up 2018, that will delight the world. We will provide more details towards the event,” Emaar Dubai added.
