Lebanese Pop Star Maya Diab To Perform On Valentine’s Day In Dubai
Lebanese pop star Maya Diab will headline an intimate live show as part of Rixos Premium Dubai’s Valentine’s Day celebrations according to The National News. One of the most exciting nights of the year will be held at this luxurious lifestyle resort in the center of Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Residence, where guests get to see the beloved Lebanese superstar perform.
The artist is set to take the stage on Feb. 14 at 7 PM in the hotel’s Diamond Ballroom. Diab, a former member of the Lebanese girl group ‘The 4 Cats,’ had a number of breakthrough hits as a solo artist which include, Habibi, Sawa Hiya Di Donia, and Yaba Yaba. She has also appeared in Lebanese-Canadian artist Massari’s song Ya Nour El Ein, which also featured Moroccan-American rapper French Montana.
Diab is renowned for her entertaining, lively approach that borrows elements from modern western pop music while incorporating distinct Arabic tunes. She stands apart from many of other musicians since she enjoys releasing tracks in different Arabic dialects which include Algerian and Moroccan.
Moreover, her concerts and music videos are known for their extravagant costumes and exotic filming locations. On Feb. 14, she will perform with a number of local musicians whose names have not yet been released, followed by a live DJ. Ticket prices range from Dh1,300 for the Silver Package to Dh5,000 for the Platinum Package as for the crowd expect a maximum number of 300 people.
