Overlooking the Nile in the finest areas of Zamalek, A’isha Fahmy’s Palace is an architectural masterpiece that should definitely be on your bucket list.
The Italian designed Palace was built in the 20th century, it has around 48 rooms, the ground floor has some breathtaking decorations. Walls, windows and even floors are literarily out of this world. The palace is open till November 19th, from 9 am till 9 pm. Visits are free of charge.
If you happen to be an art enthusiast, make sure not to miss Ahmed Fouad Selim’s exhibition that’s going to take place there. The young Egyptian talented artist is passionate about photography, painting, three-dimensional works, and poetry. He also had a vital role in Egypt’s Art Criticism Movement. I mean is there anything he can’t do?
