Egypt’s Biggest Food Festival returns with a New Theme: Reviving the Capital’s Soul

Cairo Bites is “Egypt’s first & biggest food festival featuring a wide and diversified line-up of local, regional as well as international eating establishments and food-related businesses in a fun, warm and dynamic environment identified as the ultimate showcase of the Egyptian food industry.”
Every year, more than 100 participating eateries serve over 10,000 hungry enthusiasts. This year’s theme is “Reviving the Capital’s Soul” providing an eclectic mixture of Egyptian cultures. CBC Sofra celebrity chefs, such as Ghada Gamil, Amira Shanab, Naglaa El Shershaby, Nermine Hano, and Chef El Sherbini will be steaming up the event with their live cooking shows. Not to mention the anticipated cooking competitions with surprise prizes in store for the visitors.
