This week brings us the lyric video, which gives the phrase “maneuvering a woman’s body” a whole new meaning:
- We’ve already told you all about Muse‘s new album Drones and now we have the first official single, titled “Dead Inside”. This is where it all starts and the album’s character becomes susceptible to loss of hope, becoming… yes, dead inside:
- Jason Derulo is busy working on a new album, and has just debuted new single “Want to Want Me” and its video on Tinder. As expected, he’s showing off his bod, and there’s nothing wrong with that:
- Florence & the Machine‘s new “St. Jude” video picks up where that of “What Kind of Man” left off, and according to the clip’s director Vincent Haycock, it was inspired by The Divine Comedy, and that it shows Florence in the first layer of hell. And it is certainly all very emotional:
- Speaking of emotional, Hozier‘s powerfully romantic “Work Song” comes with a simple visual in which he sings on a stage while couples come together in a synchronized dance:
- Charli XCX‘s new single “Famous” may be a candy pop song, but it comes with a borderline nightmarish video about the prevalent Internet culture of self-obsession in which a Charli lookalike runs out of battery on her phone and has to face an alternate universe of fangirls, online ads and general narcissism:
