YouthOut Session: A Contest for Aspiring Fashion Designers and Filmmakers
Supporting youth is all about offering them the opportunities they need so they can thrive. YouthOut is a platform that connects youth with opportunities. This season, YouthOut is presenting the ultimate contest for students who are interested in film and fashion. So to all the film and fashion enthusiasts, this is your chance to fly.
As part of the contest, 10 fashion designers will be paired with 10 filmmakers to unleash their creativity. The judges for the contest are the international Egyptian fashion designer Mohanad Kojak, creative director Tameem Youness, and co-founders of PhotoBoutique Nazly Abouseif and Shahira Zaki. To participate in the contest, fashion designers have to submit a portfolio, and filmmakers are required to submit a 15 – 30 second creative video. And the best part is that the prizes include fully-funded summer courses at Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) and EICAR, in addition to exciting internship opportunities.
