Shakespeare’s Othello is Coming to the Dubai Opera in January!
All you Shakespeare fanatics rejoice because one of his most famous plays is coming to the Dubai Opera and we can’t be more excited.
Othello is set to play starting from next year’s January 31st till February 2nd. The tragic tale will be the first ever play to be staged at the stunning Downtown Dubai venue.
In case you do not know it; Othello is a tragedy by William Shakespeare, believed to have been written in 1603. It is based on the story Un Capitano Moro by Cinthio, a disciple of Boccaccio, first published in 1565.
Tickets go on sale on Tuesday, September 25, at midday with prices starting from Dhs150.
