Palestinian-American Model Bella Hadid Slays at Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Without Her Sister
Exactly one year ago, Palestinian-American supermodel Bella Hadid made her Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show — making history, as she and her sister Gigi became the first ever sibling-duo to walk the catwalk. This year, however, Bella had to go solo when news broke that Gigi unexpectedly announced that she would no longer be walking in the show. If rumors are to be believed, she was denied a visa to enter China due to a controversial social media post from earlier in the year that was offensive to Asians.
The 21-year-old model didn’t let that stop her in any way as she hit the runway with her wings on Monday for the highly anticipated 2017 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, and proved that she’s even fiercer now than when she made her debut in the show last year — rocking not just one, but five sexy styles during the event.
While strutting down the catwalk in a light-colored lacy bra-and-underwear set, the daughter of Mohamed Hadid seemed to suffer a bit of a wardrobe malfunction, but of course, that didn’t stop her!
Our favorite look was when she stepped out in a Grecian-inspired style that made her look like a goddess, wearing sky-high heels.
But of course, Bella did not just slay on the runway. The model couldn’t help but make everyone go yalahwi whilst she posed on the pink carpet in a stunning red dress.
