How Zayed’s Newest Green Space Is Going to Change Residents’ Lives for the Better
In recent years, the endless crowdedness of Cairo has pushed developers to look for the desert to expand Egypt’s ever-growing urban community. To those moving outside the capital, the city has become too much with its bustling streets and loud noises.
New communities such as the 6th of October and Sheikh Zayed offer a fully-equipped getaway that puts residents at some peace of mind. However, the one thing some of these cities lack was sufficient green spaces; Project Zed is about to change that.
If you are a resident of Sheikh Zayed or the nearby city of 6th of October, prepare yourself, life is about to get better as the largest park in the heart of Zayed is about to open its doors. Amidst the green of the grass and trees, residents will be able to walk their pets, have a family picnic, go for a morning jog, or just be there to enjoy the beauty of nature.
ORA Developers and Businessman Naguib Sawiris are behind this new development project that will change the look of Egypt’s western urban communities for the better. The new 65-acre park features unmatched greenery, vast spaces, and a promise of quality time.
Project Zed is introducing a number of commercial hubs interconnected with a pedestrian boulevard; these are to include a myriad of cafés, restaurants, and shopping outlets. For years, a handful of residents complained about the lack of greenery; the people at Project Zed listened and decided to deliver.
Fortunately, the new park is not limited to the residence of Project Zed’s urban community, but to all of Sheikh Zayed, as well as the 6th of October, due to its proximity to the 26th of July Corridor.
More greenery means cleaner air, less pollution, and less dust, and hopefully, this park is going to do all that to the lucky neighborhood.
