Well, I can’t deny these facts, but there are some little daily changes when it comes to convenience and quality of life that you think won’t make a difference, but I found out that they do! That’s when you know they’re essential, and what you are used to is actually NOT okay. Egyptians will relate.

Cleaning ladies in Dubai aren’t talkative. They focus on finishing their work in two hours maximum and leave. Plus you don’t have to worry about being robbed.
2. Taxis will take you wherever you want
You don’t need Uber or Careem. Even a public cab will take you wherever you ask him to go.
3. It is safe to drive in Dubai
You can drive safely and you know you will make it home without injuries or fights.
4. Security, even without a bawab
No beh bawab. And if you encounter a snobbish security guy, you always have the upper hand.
5. You can wear white shoes!
You don’t need to worry about getting your white shoes dirty. They will still be white when you get home.
6. No staring
You can go to a public beach without worrying about the people, being harassed or judged.
7. No harassment while taking public transportation
You can ride the metro without being cautious of getting harrassed, robbed or being called “bee2a”.
8. You can give your face a break from makeup
You don’t have to glam up for every errand you run. People won’t look down on you if you look like your normal self.
9. Customer care do care
You get the full attention you need when you ask for help in a store. You will never be ignored and, if it happens, they are in big trouble.
10. There are lots of things to do in Dubai
There are plenty of activities, not only cafes and malls.
11. And last but not least, high-speed internet service!
Yup, you can download movies in 15 minutes, stream movies without facing errors every five minutes and you don’t have to wait for that infuriating YouTube buffering symbol going round and round for hours to disappear just to watch a three-minute video.
