The Ministry of Health and Population has announced that a total of 49,329,988 free medical services have been delivered over the course of 32 days since the launch of the third edition of the “100 Days of Health” campaign, which began on Tuesday, July 15, 2025. The initiative is part of ongoing efforts to enhance healthcare access and improve the quality of services provided nationwide.
The campaign follows directives from Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Population, who emphasized the importance of strengthening national health initiatives to raise the efficiency of the healthcare system and advance universal health coverage.
According to ministry spokesperson Hossam Abdel Ghaffar, the campaign provided more than half a million free medical services in a single day on Friday. He noted that the initiative operates through the collaboration of 12 different health sectors, each playing a complementary role in achieving the campaign’s objectives.
In addition to direct medical care, the campaign placed significant emphasis on public health awareness and education, reaching 48,563 citizens through community outreach teams stationed at public spaces, sports clubs, and shopping centers across the governorates.
