Buckingham Palace is not the end all be all of royalty. The Arab world has its own royal families too. And whether or not you agree or disagree with the rule of monarchies, it doesn’t take away from the impressive achievements and rich heritage that these young royals share. Here are some of the young princes and princesses.

Crown Prince Moulay Hassan, 18, Morocco

Prince Moulay is the crown prince of Morocco. The young royal is expected to carry the regnal name Hassan III once he is crowned.

Princess Lalla Khadija, 14, Morocco

Princess Lalla is Prince Moulay’s younger sister and princess of Morocco.

Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah, 27, Jordan

Crown Prince Hussein is a first lieutenant in the Jordanian Army and has a degree in International History from Georgetown University. He is heavily involved in humanitarian initiatives and gave speeches at the UN General Assembly before.

Princess Iman bin Abdullah, 24, Jordan

Princess Iman is the second child and eldest daughter of the Jordanian Royal Family. She also attended Georgetown University like her brother, the Crown Prince of Jordan.

Princess Salma bint Abdullah, 21, Jordan

Princess Salma of Jordan went down in history in 2020. She became the first female jet pilot in the Jordanian Armed Forces. She also graduated from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

Prince Hashem bin Abdullah, 16, Jordan

Prince Hashem is the youngest of the Jordanian Royal family and is second in line for the throne.

Theyazin bin Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, 31, Oman

He is the Crown Prince of Oman and the Minister of Culture, Youth, and Sports.

Sheikha Hend bint Faisal Al Qasimi, 37, Sharjah


A businesswoman and a philanthropist, she is a princess of the Al Qasimi family of Sharjah.

Mahra bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, 27, Dubai

She is the daughter of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

Noura bint Mohammed Al Saud, 32, Saudi Arabia

Her highness is a businesswoman and jewelry designer. She is the founder and owner of Nuun Jewels.

Prince Mohammed Bin Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, 33, Qatar

Sheikh Mohammed is a former captain of the Qatar Equestrian team and brother of the Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and the son of the former Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Than.

Prince Hamdan Bin Mohamed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, 38, Dubai

His Highness is a man of many talents. He is a poet and publishes his writings under the name of “Fazza.” The Prince is also a world-renowned equestrian having won numerous world championships at the World Equestrian Games.

Prince Fahad Al Saud, 36, Saudi Arabia

A grandson of the brother of the Saudi Arabian king, Prince Fahad carved his own way as a tech entrepreneur and social media tycoon.
