Dubai’s Tresind Studio has secured another spot among the world’s finest dining destinations, ranking 28th on this year’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. The Indian fine-dining hotspot was the UAE’s only restaurant to make the global top 50, adding another milestone to its growing list of international achievements.
The rankings were announced at a ceremony in Lima, Peru, on Wednesday, November 4, marking the first time the awards were held in South America. Spain’s Asador Etxebarri claimed the coveted No. 1 spot this year.
The Only MENA Restaurant in the Global Top 50
Tresind Studio stood out as the only restaurant from the MENA region to make the official World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2026 top 50 ranking.
However, the region had more names featured in the extended 51–100 list, with Dubai’s FZN coming in at No. 88 and Khufu’s in Giza securing No. 97, giving the region more reasons to celebrate its growing culinary presence.

Tresind Studio Makes the List for the Fourth Consecutive Year
Led by chef Himanshu Saini, Tresind Studio has now secured a place among the world’s top 50 restaurants for the fourth consecutive year.
While this year’s ranking sees the restaurant slip just one position from last year’s No. 27, its track record speaks for itself. It made an impressive debut in the top 50 at No. 11 in 2023, followed by No. 13 in 2024. Before that, its first appearance on the extended ranking came in 2022, when it landed at No. 57.

More Recognition for Dubai’s Fine-Dining Scene
The international ranking isn’t the only recognition Tresind Studio has received this year. The restaurant retained its three Michelin stars in the 2026 Dubai guide, having made history in 2025 as the first Indian restaurant in the world to receive the distinction.
It is also one of only two restaurants in Dubai to hold Michelin’s highest rating, alongside FZN by Bjorn Frantzen.
Adding to its regional achievements, Tresind Studio ranked third in this year’s separate MENA 50 Best Restaurants ranking. Chef Himanshu Saini also received the programme’s Chefs’ Choice Award, voted for by the teams behind restaurants featured on the list, in recognition of his contribution to the region’s culinary scene.
A Closer Look at Tresind Studio
Opened in 2018, Tresind Studio has built its reputation around reimagining Indian cuisine through carefully curated tasting menus inspired by the country’s diverse regional flavours.
One of its standout experiences is the Rising India menu, which takes diners on a culinary journey through India’s varied landscapes, including the Thar Desert, the Deccan Plateau, the coastal and northern plains, and the Himalayan mountains.

With another year in the global top 50, three Michelin stars, and a growing collection of regional accolades, Tresind Studio continues to put Dubai on the international culinary map. Its latest ranking is another reminder that the city’s dining scene has plenty to bring to the table.
