Following Liverpool’s 2-0 win against Everton in the Merseyside derby, Mo Salah and his family were seen posing for a photo with Will Ferrell. Prior to that, during the match, Will Ferrell was in the stands watching the highly anticipated game where Salah was able to nab the team’s first goal in the 37th minute.
Salah’s goal made him the third Liverpool player alongside Steven Gerrad and Robbie Fowler to achieve 100 goals in the English Premier league at Anfield stadium. Beyond hanging out with the Egyptian football star, after the game, Ferrell was also seen in the Liverpool dressing room having a chat with England full-back Trent Alexander-Arnold and Jordan Henderson. This is all part of the actor’s UK footballing tour wherein he visited numerous football clubs in the past few days including Manchester City at Etihad Stadium.
