From Wegz To Travis Scott: The London-Born Wireless Festival Is Landing At Abu Dhabi

For the first time ever, the UK’s biggest, loudest and craziest music festival “Wireless” is making its way to Abu Dhabi in March 2023. Known as one of the most popular rap and urban music festivals, the Wireless Festival is the UK’s ultimate extravaganza always bringing in an epic-size lineup all the way to Finsbury park with past performers including big names like Daft Punk, Cardi B, Jay Z and Nicki Minaj.

It all started in 2005 when the very first show was held at Hyde Park with New Order, Basement Jaxx, Keane and Kasabian headlining its four-day concert. Now the same festival is arriving in the Middle East for a one-day spectacle and the expected line-up will be the highlight of the Emirate’s music scene tapping into everything from hip-hop and grime to Afrobeat and electronica.

Egyptian rapper Wegz, Lil Uzi Vert, Ghanaian singer and rapper Black Sherif, Divine, King, Young Stunners, Iraqi-Canadian Ali Gatie and singer, songwriter and rapper Travis Scott will perform on its stage on March 11th. With the festival known to amass more than 50,000 fans, on that day, everyone will be flocking to Yas Island for the star-studded show set along multiple stages.

Tickets will soon go on sale starting from January 13th, so mark your calendars and get ready to be part of the Emirate’s biggest musical festival to date.
