A Look At Trump’s Assets Spanning Across The Middle East: The Where, What & When
In the next four to five years, we can expect a surge of Trump-branded real estate projects popping up across the Middle East.
Spearheaded by the Trump Organization—founded by former President Donald Trump and now led by his sons Donald Jr. and Eric—in collaboration with Dar Global, the international arm of the London-listed Saudi powerhouse Dar Al Arkan Real Estate Development Company, this ambitious initiative is set to make a bold statement with a series of high-profile ventures.
So, what’s on the horizon? Where will these projects be located? And when can we see them come to life?
Trump International Hotel – Oman
Our first stop is in Muscat, Oman, where a $500 million luxury resort is taking shape. This Trump International Hotel Complex will feature an 18-hole golf course, a members-only club, multiple food and beverage outlets, banquet and meeting facilities, a spa, and a nightlife venue called Cliff Hanging Night Club.
This vast and luxurious project is expected to open in 2028 and will be part of the AIDA mixed-use complex (currently under construction).
Trump Tower – Jeddah
Now we’ll land in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where a luxury Trump Tower will be brought to life by 2028, considered the Trump Organization’s first major project in Saudi Arabia. This landmark project will truly be a testament to luxury and grandeur.
Trump Tower – Dubai
Our last stop is Dubai, the city of skyscrapers and all things speaking of luxury and innovation. By 2026 (first phase 2025), we’ll welcome the Trump Tower, which will feature a Trump Hotel and branded residential units.
The Dubai Trump Tower is set to become a jewel in the Emirates’ collection of ultra-luxury buildings, joining high-profile projects like the $1 billion Mercedes-Benz tower by developer Binghatti.
Trump International Golf Club – Dubai
P.S. This one is already established.
Introducing Trump International Golf Club at DAMAC Hills, Dubai—a world-class luxury golf spot offering an incredible experience.
The club features a stunning 18-hole Championship Standard Course and a 9-hole floodlit par-3 course, ideal for both day and night play. It’s a place where you’ll have fun, smile, and stay entertained.
Ongoing Expansion
“We will definitely be doing other projects in this region,” Eric Trump told the Financial Times. “This region has explosive growth, and that’s not stopping anytime soon.”
