This year, we’re tossing the sparkly dresses and we’re bringing on glittery makeup instead. I am a holidays kind of girl, I just love them. I can’t keep my hands off of shimmery eyeshadows and highlighters, which is why I’ve decided to compile a list of looks you need to try for NYE.
Popping lipstick and simple eyes
Apply thin eyeliner, highlight the inner corners of your eyes, add lots of mascara and put on a popping lipstick color.
Gold sparkling eyes and dark lip gloss
Use shimmery gold eyeshadow and add gold glitter to get the best effect.
Black winged eyeliner and nude lips
If you can master good liner wings then apply sparkly eyeshadow first, do the wings and finally throw matte nude lipstick on.
Cherry red lips and black eyeliner
This look depends if you have a very interesting red lipstick shade or not. If you do, then apply black eyeliner and you’re good to go.
Emerald eyes and nude lips
Emerald green is one of the official colors for the holiday. If you have this shade as an eyeshadow, apply some on nude eyeshadow and finally put on nude lipstick.
Sparkly purple eyes
To do this trick, put purple eyeshadow and some glitter with a nude lipstick to achieve this flirty look.
