The Full Scoop Behind Wegz and Hossam Hosny’s Trending Song
RedBull produced a very cool new video series with a unique concept called Mazzika Salonat. They bring two different artists from different genres and backgrounds and ask them to produce a song together in-studio. In their latest episode, the two musicians were Wegz and Hossam Hosny. Wegz is one of the leaders of the currently rising rap scene in Egypt, and Hossam Hosny was one of the most popular singers in the 90s because of his hit song “Kol El Banat Bethebak”.
The huge fanbase of Wegz and the Egyptian rap scene were not pleased with the episode because of how Hossam Hosny kept repeatedly belittling and disrespecting his partner and his music.
