The Egyptian King, Mo Salah, Crowned Player of the Year
Whether you’re an Egyptian, an Arab, or a Liverpool fan, we only have one word for you; CONGRATULATIONS! Mohamed Salah, dubbed as Liverpool’s Egyptian King, just won the Professional Footballers Association (PFA) Player of the Year for the 2017-2018 season.
Salah secured enough votes to win the 45th edition of awards. After going head-to-head with Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne, Mo beat him and the other competitors that include Harry Kane, David De Gea, Leroy Sane, and David Silva. The forward/superstar has been making waves recently. First, scoring his 31st league goal, and now this? What else could he have in store for us?
