The Dubai Fitness Challenge is Back For its Second Year!
Last year, Dubai seemed to be an endorphine-releasing roller coaster for a whole month. Shaikh Hamdan Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai started the Dubai Fitness Challenge that left thousands of hundreds pumping energy.

The initiative’s goal was to encourage UAE residents to excercise for 30 minutes daily. The challenge attracted almost one million resident where 90% of them completed their set goals. The 30-day festival that aims at turning UAE into the world’s fitness capital is set to start next month starting on October 19.

This year, you can expect weekend carnivals, dedicated fitness villages and more than 2,000 free classes, walking, team sports, paddle-boarding, yoga and cycling. You can register on the Dubai Fitness App or visit the official website Dubai Fitness Challenge for more details.
