No Blackberry 10 In Japan

It is no secret that Blackberry’s market share all over the world is dropping and although their new Blackberry 10 phone was an attempt to be their saving grace, it doesn’t look like that is the case in Japan!

Blackberry will not launch its blackberry 10 products in Japan due to the cost of modifying the operating system to accomodate the Japanese language. Or that’s what they are saying, in the past two years their market share dropped to 0.3 percent in coparison to the previous 5 percent it had.

We Said This: Stupid move if you ask us, Japan seems like a market you’d need to be in considering there are 24 million smartphone users in the country.
