MasterChef To Open Its First Ever Restaurant in Dubai

Dubai’s list of firsts is getting longer by the day, and this time the first ever ‘MasterChef the TV Experience’ restaurant is set to open in Dubai later this year.

The restaurant will open in the Wyndham Bay Dubai Marina Hotel which is scheduled to open in the second half of 2018. It’s interior will be inspired by the MasterChef TV set fully immersing the guests in the MasterChef show experience.

Diners will get to choose from a menu featuring popular dishes that were actually conceived by winners and contestants of the show over the past years from 52 different countries.

The first permanent MasterChef restaurant is being brought to life in the UAE by the Dubai-based company, The First Group, in collaboration with the Television Production Company behind the show, Endemol Shine.

“The fact that Dubai will introduce the brand to the world is a truly significant moment for the city’s restaurant scene,” says Duncan Fraser-Smith, director of The First Group.

The First Group aims to introduce up to 40 original and world-class restaurants to the UAE by 2021.

MasterChef is a competitive cooking reality show that is considered the most successful cookery television show in the world. It has been adapted in 52 countries including US, Australia, Romania, UK and Italy.
