We Just Fell in Love with Asser Yassin’s Mom and Here’s Why
We’ve always had a thing for Egyptian actor Asser Yassin, but can we just take a moment to appreciate his mom? Yes, his actual mother is everything and we absolutely love her.
Last weekend, Yassin went on the talk show “Barnamag Ma3akom Mona El-Shazly” with his mom and the interview was hilarious. Yassin explained one day he was coming home late from shooting, around 1-2AM, when he found his mom still awake. She asked him what were you shooting, and begged him to reenact a scene in front of her at 2 in the freakin’ morning! If that’s not cute we don’t know what is!
She also went with him to the private screening of “Al-Gazeera” where Yassin’s character played a villain, in which he (SPOILER ALERT DO NOT CONTINUE READING IF YOU HAVEN’T WATCHED THE MOVIE) kills Ahmed El-Saqqa’s mom on screen. Yassin’s mom kept screaming “Asser maya3melsh keda!” Can you adopt us ya Mama Yassin?
