Experience Glitz & Glam At The Biggest Jewelry Event Held In Bahrain

Jewelry Arabia, one of the biggest and most anticipated jewelry events in the entire MENA region is making a coming back for its 30th edition at the Bahrain International Exhibition & Convention Center. The five-day extravaganza will take place from Tuesday, Nov.22 to 26, bringing more than 650 prestigious jewelry brands, luxury timepieces, fine writing instruments, and more all under one roof.

Among the special collections will be Niyas House of Luxury, a jewelry brand housed in Bahrain showcasing a broad range of branded luxurious watches and jewelry pieces at affordable prices. For a touch of luxury and elegance, Sandy Tabet Jewelry will also be making an appearance bringing its exceptional diamonds and precious gemstones to the masses.

The Pearl Discovery Zone

Shedding light on the rich culture of the Gulf, this special zone will take an in-depth look at a precious stone rooted in the region’s heritage and identity, the pearl. By attending the pavilion, you will learn about the differences between natural, cultured, and imitation pearls as well as the types of shellfish that produce pearls worldwide. Guests will also learn about pearl divers in the region including the tools and diving equipment they use to capture pearls underwater.

Rising Stars Pavilion

This pavilion is all about the up-and-coming fresh talent in the world of jewelry design. Young designers from around the world will get to showcase their latest creations to a large audience, helping them receive exposure as well as make new connections in the jewelry-making industry.

Katerina Perez’s Sessions

For the first time in the 30-year history of Jewellery Arabia, a special collaboration will take place with the renowned jewelry expert Katerina Perez with 13 years of experience under her belt. Originally a journalist and content creator who excelled at writing about jewelry, today she is known as a brand consultant and collection curator with over half a million followers on Instagram.

At the exhibition, Perez will hold several unique workshops ranging from a one-on-one private jewelry shopping session to a crash course on how to buy jewelry and negotiate for good prices.

Metalsmithing 101

Spanning three days, the workshop will teach students how to make simple jewelry using base metal such as pendants and rings. They will also learn about the techniques and tools required for basic metalsmithing.
