Iconic fashion figure and pioneer in architecture and interior design Karl Lagerfeld is launching his third branded residential property in the world and the first in the Middle East. In collaboration with real estate developer Taraf, his luxury villas are set to launch in the upcoming months.
Mirroring Lagerfeld’s maison facade at 21 Rue St Guillaume in Paris, the 51 luxury villas will each feature 5 to 7 bedrooms and will range in property size from 721 square meters to 1790 square meters.
A touch of personalization is involved as guests get to pick from two different facade options, both of which have grand entrances that embody Maison’s 18th-century charm.
Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences
The luxury watchmaker Jacob & Co is a relative newcomer to the real estate business. In partnership with Dubai’s Binghatti Properties, they’ll bring to life the Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences.
It’s going to be unlike any other building, as it’s planned to be an ultra-luxury tower and the tallest residential building when completed by 2026.
Measuring 557 meters and encompassing 103 floors, the opulent tower is quite unique. Its façade takes inspiration from the diamonds of Jacob & Co. and is designed to reflect sunrises and sunsets.
Bvlgari Resort and Residences Dubai
Standing on a private island off the coast of Dubai, Bvlgari Resort & Residences is one of only 6 places in the world that offers guests the Bvlgari lifestyle. The 1884 Italian luxury fashion house brought its class and luxury all the way to Dubai. Brought to life by renowned Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Vie who have created all the Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts to date.
The 1.4 million-square-foot building is designed with the finesse of a jewel. The Bvlgari Villas, located on the shoreline, stand tall among the fragrant gardens of their private courtyards and the beachfront.
Armani Residences in Burj Khalifa
More than twice the height of the Empire State Building is the Burj Khalifa, the towering skyscraper that is the ultimate landmark of Dubai. On the other side of the coin is Armani, the high-end Italian label specializing in men’s and women’s ready-to-wear clothing brands.
Armani Residences, occupying levels 9 through 16 of the Burj Khalifa, brings these two together. The design of Armani Residences reflects Giorgio Armani’s personal approach to sophistication and style.
Palazzo Versace Dubai
The iconic Versace is known as the Italian fashion house that was brought to life in 1987. Today, it made a mark in Dubai by opening up a luxury hotel and residence under its name, known as Palazzo Versace Dubai. The gorgeous 5-star neoclassical hotel and residence looms over the Jaddaf waterfront.
