Egypt’s Ministry of Education Investigates Answerless Question in High School Dynamic Exam

Doctor Reda Hijazy, Head of the General Secondary Examination, decided to open an investigation with the technical committee of the dynamics test regarding one of the exam’s questions yesterday which apparently had no correct answer.
The Ministry’s central operating room has received a report from the Technical Authority of the Mathematics Applied exam that there is an answerless question within the exam, as the questioner didn’t put the right answer among the MCQ choices. It was then decided that the question will be canceled, redistributing its grade through the rest of the examination questions in order to protect students’ rights while assessing the exam. The committee was referred for investigation, while students were told to leave the question empty.
This was actually the third exam to be held for high school students this term, many of whom are facing double the stress because of the pandemic, yet Doctor Hejazi stated that the examination process is, so far, going smoothly with no complications.
