A CNN Reporter, Becky Anderson, played Mo Salah “King of Egypt” the fan-produced song, during a car interview with Mohamed Salah.
She asked him if he remembers the first time he heard the song. He laughingly answered that it was at the stadium after a game, and now the fans sing it after every match. He also added: “The players also sing it in the dressing room.”

Salah has just become the first Egyptian to win the PFA Player of Year award with his incredible 41-goal debut season, almost close to breaking Rush’s club record of 47 goals. In the interview he mentioned his ambition of breaking that record, and that it’s something huge in England and all over the world.
Liverpool has made a £36.9 million investment in acquiring Salah from Roma in the summer of 2017, which now has paid off for them.
