Private Sector Holiday for UAE National Day Has Just Been Announced

Good morning everyone! Why? Because we have some great news for you. Well, for the private sector people that is. Every single one of you will get paid holiday on December 1st, as well as December 2nd to mark the 45th UAE National Day and Commemoration Day, Time Out Dubai has reported.

The National Day falls on December 2nd, commemorating the founding of the United Arab Emirates in 1971. The Commemoration Day, originally referred to as Martyrs Day, was first observed last year on November 30.

WE SAID THIS: The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources announced on Thursday that the public sector holiday will be from December 1-3.
