This Dubai Hotel Will Have an Actual Rainforest Inside It

April 2018 will see the Rosemont Hotel in Dubai not just be turned into a major attraction but a technical breakthrough. Its twin skyscraper towers will have a lush, green rainforest sanctuary, roaming mechanical dinosaurs (we’re not sure why), robot hosts, artificial rains and an edge-less pool suspended in the sky.

“We will have artificial rains there, mist coming out of the trees to cool down the air to keep the guests refreshed and shaded from the searing sun in the 75,000sqft, open-air jungle, located in Barsha Heights. Also the water used in the concept will be collected from recycled water from the towers,” said DJ Armin, Managing Partner at the firm.

The rainforest concept aims to create an outdoor environment that can be used all year round, along with a 40,000sqft indoor beach. I feel like I have to say that Dubai is the most random (and fascinating) place I’ve ever seen.

WE SAID THIS: Dubai one ups itself again!
