Summer plans? Consider this your sign to make at least one of them involve matcha ice cream. Whether you want something creamy, low-cal, swirled into soft serve, or piled into a sundae situation that turns into dinner by accident… these spots are bringing serious green energy this season.
Eight Ounce Specialty Coffee — Matcha Soft Serve
If your ideal summer afternoon looks like iced drinks, good coffee, and something cold in hand, start here. Eight Ounce is serving matcha soft serve that hits that sweet spot between earthy and creamy. Minimal effort, maximum summer satisfaction.
ᴛᴀɪʏᴀᴋɪ — Matcha Sundae
For people who believe dessert should be an experience. The matcha sundae brings layers, texture, and the kind of treat that deserves its own photo before the first bite. A little playful, a little extra, exactly what summer desserts should be.
Senses Specialty Coffee — Matchagato
Espresso people, this one has your attention already. Senses is mixing matcha and vanilla ice cream into a Matchagato moment that feels equal parts café stop and dessert run. Cool, creamy, slightly bold — basically summer in a cup.
PÀO— Low-Cal Matcha Ice Cream
Proof that matcha season includes everyone. PÀO’s version keeps things lighter with a sugar-free, dairy-free take that still delivers on the creamy matcha fix. Ideal for hot days when you want dessert without feeling like you committed to a full food coma.
SAINTS —Classical, Strawberry & Coconut Matcha Gelato
SAINTS understood the assignment. Go classic matcha if you’re loyal, coconut matcha if you’re feeling tropical, or strawberry matcha if summer main-character energy is the goal. This is the stop for people who refuse to choose just one mood.
M’oishi — Matcha Mochi
Soft, chewy, and packed with matcha flavor, this one’s for the people who always want texture with their sweets. Consider it the wildcard addition that earns its place on the list.
Summer’s short. Matcha season feels even shorter. Consider this your unofficial checklist: grab a spoon, text someone who never says no to dessert, and start working through the lineup before the weather changes.
