Palestine Protesters Interrupt Biden’s Speech “Their Blood Is On Your Hands”

Yesterday, January 8th, a group of three pro-Palestine protesters interrupted US President Joe Biden’s speech at Mother Emanuel Church in South Carolina by calling for a ceasefire in Gaza.

A lady was heard starting the protest, addressing Biden “if you really care about the lives lost, you should honor the lives lost and call for a ceasefire in Palestine.”

Another protester followed, saying “20,000 dead Palestinians. Their blood is on your hands.”

Biden, who was taken back for a moment by the interruption, gestured to the guards with a nonchalant “that’s alright” The activists were escorted out of the church, without resistance. 

Significantly, while they were being escorted, the other attendees numbering more than a 100 collectively chanted “four more years”, a clear sign of their support of Bide, who’s currently running for another consecutive presidency in the 2024 elections.

“I understand their passion, but I have been quietly working with the Israeli government to get them to reduce and significantly get out of Gaza using all what I can do.” commented the US President, prompting applause from the supporting crowds.
