Movember Music Festival by Sharmoofers and Disco Misr is Happening this Weekend!
Two of the most loved musical acts in the region, Sharmoofers and Disco Misr, have come together for a great cause! The leading band and Cairo’s favorite duo aren’t only headlining a super cool concert, but raising awareness on Men’s health issues!
Movember Music Festival is happening on Friday the 9th of November and it’s taking place in Horreya Park Zamalek.
Movember is a global annual event involving the growing of mustaches during the month of November to raise awareness of men’s health issues, such as prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and men’s suicide. Movember aims to increase early cancer detection, diagnosis, effective treatments and ultimately reduce the number of preventable deaths.
Sharmoofers have already released two tracks of their long-awaited newest upcoming music album, Moftaqed el Habiba and Zamba! However, they haven’t performed Zamba live anywhere yet. The fans of the already sold out music festival are looking forward to hearing the hit live for the first time ever!
Bob and Moe recorded a video to send a message to their fans, reminding them that the concert doors will open at 3:00 PM and that it’ll end one and a half hour before the African League match!
