The opening of this project has been postponed several times, and animal lovers are way too excited to know the confirmation of the opening date and when will they be able to go inside the park. For now, it looks like that Dubai Safari will welcome the first guests on December 2, which happens to be the country’s 46th National day. How cool is that?

Hussain Nasser Lootah, director general of Dubai Municipality told Gulf News after a press conference that was held this week: “We are expecting to complete and hope to open Dubai Safari by the end of November.

“We are pushing hard to meet this deadline and at this time I can’t see why we wouldn’t reach our goal. “We will have most of our collection in place for the soft opening,” Tim Husband, the technical director of Dubai Safari said.

WE SAID THIS: There is still no information on ticket sales or if the public will be allowed at the soft opening, but, it is something to consider when planning for the National Day.
