Ladies and Gentlemen fix your eyes on the above and welcome to the block the newest Zamalek eatery! For the first time anywhere we get to give you the 1st sneak peak at Trio’s official logo.
Why is it called Trio you may ask, because there are 3 heavy weight partners behind the brand, one you may know who is infamous for everyone’s favorite cocktail bar in Zamalek.
We personally can’t wait to get our food on there, well for several reasons, the main one being the Chef coming directly from L.A., the fact that it’s one of the few restaurants if not the only that is trying to be environmentally friendly, and we hear that there are going to be dishes served you can’t find anywhere in Cairo!
We Said This: So when are you opening? I’m already hungry!
