This New Partnership To Provide Software Support For Fintech Startups In Egypt Will Literally Change the whole Scene!

The AUC Venture Lab accelerator has partnered with banking software company, Temenos, to strengthen the fintech ecosystem in Egypt. The announcement is a practical move towards accelerating and empowering digital innovation in Egypt.
On Monday, the new partners announced that they intend to provide startups with access to Temenos’s sandbox service as their development environment for banking data. Moreover, these fintechs will demonstrate solutions relevant to the Egyptian market such as financial inclusion, digital engagement, security, and compliance.
“The emerging fintech space in Egypt has the potential to transform the industry and expand access to financial services in one of the largest regional markets,” said Ayman Ismail, Abdul Latif Jameel Endowed Chair of Entrepreneurship at AUC’s School of Business and Director of AUC Venture Lab.
