Things You Don’t Realize You’ll Miss Once You Graduate College
From the moment we set foot in college, we can’t wait to graduate. We spend our days fantasizing about leaving, imagining a world where we aren’t drowning in never-ending assignments and racing to meet deadlines. Getting a degree and finding a job sounds so tempting but a year later, college starts growing on you and before you know it, college becomes your second home. The cafeteria becomes your dinning room, and the professors become your annoying siblings. But soon after settling in, you find yourself in your cap and gown receiving your diploma, bidding a heartfelt farewell to all the beautiful memories.
College is a very unique time in a person’s life; if you are graduating, take a moment to reflect on all the moments that you will not be able to get back once your thrown out into the real world. Here are the things you will inevitably miss once you graduate from college.
Summer vacations and winter breaks
You won’t appreciate these few months off, until after you graduate and find a full-time job.
Skipping classes
Skipping classes in college is easy peasy but, unfortunately, when it comes to the business world your boss might not be very thrilled.
Seeing your friends every day
Having no idea what you want to do with your life
Hanging out on weekdays
Wearing pajamas to lectures
Because you just don’t give a damn.
Unpaid internships
You don’t have to worry about messing up on the job since no one pays you to do anything, except for maybe sitting down and watching other people get paid for doing their job.
Free Wi-Fi
Having an available Wi-Fi signal 24/7 everywhere on campus is truly a treat.
