The Middle East Will Literally Be Lit for World Autism Awareness Day and It’s Amazing
The world’s biggest capitals are lighting up their monuments with the color blue as part of the “Light It Up Blue Campaign,” to commemorate World Autism Awareness Day. April has also been officially sanctioned by the United Nations as Autism Awareness Month.
Over, 13,000 buildings have joined this campaign and, of course, the Middle East — home of some of the most monumental modern and ancient architectural masterpieces — is lighting up some of its beautiful buildings in blue. Additionally, several international franchises have joined this campaign.
According to Autisim speaks, here are some of the Middle Eastern landmarks that will be lighting up in blue on April 2, 2017!
