One of our favorite local fashion designers Amina K. is hosting an awesome series of trunk shows featuring inspiring Egyptian brands.

She didn’t release a fall/winter collection this year, so she decided to use her store to promote some of her favorite, up-and-coming homegrown labels.

We love the idea and we’re super excited for the first trunk show, which has a street wear theme and features the eclectic clothing of Krak Baby, the funky accessories of Black Sheep and the hand-painted shoes of our beloved Inkrypt.

Trunk Show I will take place for a week starting on Saturday, Nov. 7 at the Amina K. store at Degla Center, 11A Hassan Sabry St. in Zamalek.

Each month’s trunk show will focus on a different theme with various designers. We hear that the featured brands of the first show have created limited edition pieces especially for the trunk show, so be sure to grab them before the end of the week!
